Lucy Allen, Global Head of eCommerce, OFX

Lucy is Head of Marketing APAC for OFX, a foreign exchange business. Prior to OFX, Lucy was agency side in the UK leading the strategic thinking for a full-service agency and executing for clients across far reaching industries. As a highly commercial and creative senior marketeer with over 14 years’ experience of international marketing Lucy has grown businesses within the finance, insurance, education, construction, telecoms, travel and logistics industries. As an empathetic and supportive leader Lucy is passionate about people, her team and cultivating an inclusive culture that drives commercial results for the business and development for her team. Fostering talent and watching people grow is some of her greatest achievements.

Lucy’s work has been globally recognised winning annual “project of the year” at OFX which led to the rollout of her team’s work to all 7 geographies for the organisation. Alongside her position at OFX Lucy also runs a small business with her husband, a pursuit that has thrown her out of her comfort zones many times over. Outside of work Lucy loves to enjoy the early mornings, travel and experience delicious food – so far she’s enjoyed Christmas in 8 different countries and cultures, and counting.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
