Known for her passion for building purpose-driven brands & positive leadership style, Lucy currently serves as the Marketing Director at allplants. From an innovative London kitchen, allplants uses bold flavours and hyper-convenience to promote healthier eating and sustainable living, making plant-based meals more accessible.
Instinctive consumer centricity, entrepreneurial flair, and dot-connector extraordinaire, are some of the attributes that contribute to Lucy’s success at allplants. Wearing many hats, from digital performance marketing, strategic partnerships, food innovation, and sustainability strategy – Lucy thrives from variety and the fast pace of a start-up environment. Lucy has also led the omni-channel growth of the brand, as they’ve expanded from DTC into Retail & Food Service.
Before joining allplants, Lucy made significant contributions to other B-Corporations Vita Coco and Rubies In The Rubble, leading their marketing teams. Her FMCG journey first began at Nestle, where she participated in an undergraduate scheme, earning a BA in Professional Management Practice while gaining hands-on experience through a rotational placement programme, and progressing to Brand Manager.
Recognised as Grocer Top New Talent in 2019, Lucy’s career showcases her dedication to excellence and innovation in marketing. With a diverse portfolio spanning from multinational giant to sustainable startups, Lucy continues to make a solid impact in the industry.
Outside of work, Lucy enjoys spending time with her energetic niece and nephew, pottering on her balcony gardening, and exploring London’s vibrant restaurant scene.
