Maddie Jahnke is a dynamic marketer at the forefront of brand innovation and digital transformation. With a passion for uncovering the magic at the intersection of brand, cx, digital, insights and media, Maddie has earned a reputation for crafting impactful marketing solutions that tackle business challenges head-on.

Currently Head of Light Spirits, Digital & Insights at Pernod Ricard, the world’s second-largest spirits and wine company, Maddie orchestrates regional marketing strategies for a prestigious portfolio of Vodka, Agave, Gin, Rum, and Liqueurs encompassing iconic global brands Absolut, Altos, Malibu, and Kahlua. She also spearheads digital marketing and consumer insights across the Pacific region for the broader wine and spirits portfolio.

Prior to Period Ricard, Maddie played instrumental marketing leadership roles in shaping brand narratives, media strategies and sponsorship initiatives at heartland Aussie brands Holden and Medibank. However, her roots in the industry trace back to her formative years at the independent full-service agency, Cummins & Partners. Here, she honed her craft and gained invaluable insights into the principles of advertising, delivering innovative campaigns for brands including Asahi, Vodka Cruiser, Jacob’s Creek, Jeep, and Tennis Australia.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
