Malcolm Eadie is a leadership coach specialising in strengths-based team development. With over 20 years leading Australian teams across law, retail, FMCG, and architecture, he brings practical insight and experience of leading and navigating workplace challenges.
Malcolm’s coaching approach centres on helping individuals uncover their personal strengths, understand how to apply them to professional opportunities, and cultivate sustainable behaviour change. He’s deepening this expertise through his Masters of Applied Positive Psychology at Melbourne University.
Before establishing his coaching practice, Malcolm spent a decade in marketing leadership at Lion beverages, leading teams through organisational transformation, and has since managed an architectural practice overseeing all areas of the business including people and culture initiatives. This diverse leadership experience informs his pragmatic, action-oriented coaching style.
Based in Sydney, Malcolm hosts The Left Turn podcast exploring career transformation. When not coaching or studying, he’s parenting two teenage boys and enjoys reading, cycling, and swimming.
