As a longtime leader in Tech, Margaret Lee understands firsthand the complex challenges executives face. She helps leaders access new perspectives while reflecting on patterns and behaviors that keep them from leading with confidence and authenticity. Prior to coaching, Margaret led User Experience (UX) teams at several Tech companies, most recently at Google where she built and led UX teams for the company’s flagship products, including Chrome, Search, and Maps. Over the course of her 14+ years at Google, she shepherded the UX of these products and teams through significant technological and cultural changes, helping organizations to adapt to seismic shifts beyond their control.
Margaret also founded and served as Director of UX Community + Culture at Google, a program aimed at empowering the company’s global UX organization through building communities of practice across thousands of organizationally siloed teams. She established and served on the UX Leadership Council, comprised of the senior-most UX executives, to guide the future of UX at Google.
She is certified by the Hudson Institute of Coaching, and accredited as a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. Her clients range from senior individual contributors to C-suite executives, from startups to Fortune 100 companies.
