Martin draws on his 30+ years of media industry experience and holistic coaching approach to enable industry senior personnel achieve their full potential.
Martin has spent the last 12 years coaching the senior leadership team at OMD, both in his role as Chief People Officer and latterly as a full-time coach. Martin has recently launched his own business, coaching senior people from across the industry.
Martin’s holistic approach is enabled by his training and experience as a Crisis Supporter for Lifeline. Over 3 years spent connecting, listening and empowering people in their darkest hours has enabled him to see the potential in everyone to move forward, whatever the challenge faced.
Martin completed his Level 1 + 2 coaching and Team coaching qualifications with IECL. He is an alumni member and attends all the educational and continuous learning events that IECL organise.
Martin has previous experience as MD Carat Sydney, Commercial Director OMD and Director Mediacom UK. He also has sales experience in both television and print in the UK.
