Martin Lande is a digital marketing leader with more than a decade of experience driving performance and innovation. Over his career, Martin has led large-scale media portfolios, built high-performing teams, and shaped strategies for some of the world’s most recognizable brands.
Currently a Partner and Paid Social Director at WPP Unite, Martin oversees Unilever’s $100M+ personal care paid social portfolio. Under his leadership, Unilever’s paid social strategy has transformed over the past 2 years, including exponential increases in content output, pioneering new collaboration models with creative agencies and championing automation systems to unlock efficiency and agility at scale.
Previously, Martin served as Director of Global Paid Media at .Monks, where he drove performance strategies for global clients including Booking.com, Unity Technologies, and HP. At IPG Health, he built the agency’s paid social practice from the ground up, establishing best practices and growing a specialized team. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Albert.ai, Mediacom, and Newlink, spearheading innovation in AI-driven media, cross-platform campaign execution, and data-led creative strategies for clients such as P&G, Danone, Canon, and ESPN.
Martin holds a Master’s in Digital Marketing from IE Business School and a BS in Marketing and Cinema Studies from the University of Central Florida. He is passionate about combining creative and analytical thinking to deliver business growth, while mentoring the next generation of digital talent.
