Mateusz Glazewski, Group Strategy Director – MediaCom

Mat is an expert in digital marketing, with 12 years of experience and never-ending thirst for knowledge. He is passionate about solving business problems through connecting data, media and creative.

Mat currently works as a Group Strategy Director at Mediacom Sydney, helping brands like KFC, Mars and Coca Cola navigate through the ever-changing media landscape and find new growth opportunities.

Over the past four years, Mat has successfully helped KFC Australia grow their business faster and smarter by redefining the role of digital in their marketing mix in line with consumer behaviours and macro trends.

Before moving Down Under, Mat drove digital transformation in the CEE region, where he worked with some of the world’s most progressive businesses across a wide range of categories, including Retail, FMCG, Automotive, Pharma and Telco.

He was responsible for setting up a regional digital hub at Mediacom, lifting planning capabilities across 20 markets stretching from Germany to Kazakhstan. He also has a proven track of success in driving programmatic adoption in the CEE region.

Mat enjoys sharing his knowledge, mentoring and upskilling his team, as well as leading cross-agency projects. He believes in highly collaborative approach to work and flat team structure.

Outside of work, you can find him either surfing, reading or cycling up the hills of the Northern Beaches.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
