The company’s vision is to become the global leader in reducing loneliness — building genuine, lasting connections between carers and the people they support.
Mat’s perspective on care is personal as well as professional: he became primary carer for both of his parents at 25, has continued caring for his mother ever since, and has worked as a support worker himself through the Like Family platform. That lived experience shapes how he thinks about the people on both sides of the platform — the families who need support, and the carers who provide it.
