Matt Morgan is a creative technologist, marketer, and the Co-Founder of Vouch—a tech platform that bypasses fake influencers to pay everyday customers for genuine word-of-mouth recommendations. Bypassing the traditional, expensive startup route, Matt “vibe coded” Vouch’s fully functioning, two-sided marketplace in just four weeks alongside AI.
He currently balances building Vouch with two other major leadership roles. As Head of Digital at Innocean, he leads digital strategy, CX, and social for Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis, recently developing a bespoke TV show, The Big Trip, from scratch. He is also the Founder and Managing Director of lowercase, a customer intelligence advisory where he built TBX Intelligence—a proprietary AI platform driving deep consumer insights for enterprise brands.
Prior to his current ventures, Matt spent over a decade leading strategy for the world’s biggest brands. As Strategy Director at Saatchi & Saatchi and Head of Performance Content at Performics, he drove integrated brand transformations for Qantas, Westpac, Heineken, and NRMA. (And if you are taking the MFA’s online SEO course, yes, that is him popping up as your tutor).
A serial founder with past ventures in sustainable UK SMEs (Exstant) and Australian homewares (Domestique Décor), Matt is a Publicis EMEA Trailblazer, a Founder Institute graduate, and a proud Blue Peter badge holder. He specializes in cutting through corporate complexity to build things that actually drive growth.
Off the clock, you will usually find him attempting to surf, ruining the fairways of a local golf course, writing music, or failing to perfect his latte art.
