Maureen joined VoucherCodes, part of Ziff Davis, three years ago to lead a team of 250+ across UK and France, delivering YoY profitable growth. Maureen implemented a new commercial strategy, invested in company culture, and achieved global synergy across multiple functions as a key part of Ziff Davis’s Global Shopping Executive Team. Within this time Maureen has invested in back-end technology, implemented a full brand refresh, and launched a successful VIP loyalty proposition driving growth in revenue and customer value. Testament to Maureen’s increased focus on people and culture, VoucherCodes was recognized in 2024 as Outstanding by ‘Best Companies’ and # 5 ‘Best Mid-Sized Company to Work for in London’ and delivered on its mission of saving customers over £60m last year.

Maureen previously worked for Reach PLC as Chief Customer & Product Officer, responsible for the media owner’s data and customer strategy, working closely with the digital, commercial, and editorial teams across all Reach titles to bring the customer data strategy to life.

At Meta, Maureen led the client-facing Retail team for Facebook and Instagram, working with brands across Grocery, Fashion, Luxury and Charities for over 6 years including building their grocery practice from scratch to be one of the largest revenue contributors in Europe and delivering high profile product innovation for Luxury clients. Prior to this, Maureen spent nearly five years at loyalty card brand Nectar, where she was Digital Commerce Director.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
