Max Hopkinson, Founder, Bind

Max is the co-founder of a digital marketing consultancy called Bind. Clients include Poundland, Aldermore Bank, Henri-Lloyd, Sosandar and Belazu Ingredient Co.

Bind specialise in buying digital media, but use technology and higher education partnerships to deliver services in a highly differentiated way.

Prior to founding Bind, Max worked in senior marketing roles at Google, Iceland Foods and ao.com. In this time, he launched a brand on TV, built two in-house digital marketing teams and successfully managed digital marketing budgets north of £5,000,000 p/year.

Alongside his agency work, Max has an interest in start-ups and helps several on a pro bono basis. This includes award winning EdTech business tootoot, which aims to make schools happier and safer places. Max has always tried to study while working. He’s completed an Executive MBA from the Bradford School of Management and an Executive Scholarship from The Kellogg School of Management. During his MBA he was named student of the year.

Max also guest lectures at some of leading universities in the UK and US and works as a part time teaching assistant for Scott Galloway’s business, Section4.

Outside work, Max is a dad of 3, an active member of Toastmasters and competes in Ironman triathlons.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
