Meg Wubbenhorst is a certified Executive Coach and an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She helps leaders unlock their full potential, drawing on 25+ years of corporate experience with digital agencies in Austin, Atlanta, and New York. Her clients have included major brands such as Southwest Airlines, Crocs, Fossil, Whole Foods, Samsung, Motorola, AT&T, HBO, and Dr Pepper.
Most recently, Meg served as an SVP at the ANA (Association of National Advertisers) and Marketers That Matter, where she led programming and community for Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs). This role gave her the unique opportunity to work closely with some of the world’s top CMOs and understand the challenges and pain points they face as leaders in today’s fast-paced business environment. Inspired by these insights, she transitioned her career to Executive Coaching in 2023 to provide direct support to marketing executives and help accelerate their personal and professional growth.
Meg specializes in enhancing executive presence, navigating career transitions, motivating leaders to reach new levels of success, and helping them make the most of their time outside the office to improve performance inside the office. She has advanced training in Communication Impact, Perceptual Shift, Power & Influence, Change Leadership, Time & Productivity Leadership, Cognitively Based Compassion Training (CBCT), and Mental Health First Aid. Originally from the Tampa Bay area and a proud graduate of the University of Florida, Meg is now a full-time global traveler.
