Millie Mae is currently a Group Account Director at The Works with over 10 years of agency experience helping brands and clients grow such as Archie Rose, Western Sydney University, Goodman Fielder and Masterpet.
She is the perfect combination of left and right brain which makes her creative, strategic, logical, and financially very savvy.
She has a passion for creativity and people development, mentoring young talent in the industry and developing bespoke growth plans for her team.
Millie Mae is chair of The Significant Futures Collective board at The Works, a group of individuals that focus on initiatives that can move the agency and the advertising industry forward including creating a best-in-class flexible working offering.
Before her time at The Works, Millie Mae spent her time in London working at RAPP, where she mastered her direct marketing skills on the Virgin Media account.
She didn’t have the traditional pathway into the advertising industry, leaving school at 17 she landed an apprenticeship at Google and worked her way up the ladder. She is determined to make Ad-Land more accessible for those who might not have the means to go to university or Ad School. This is something she is currently driving through her work with the Significant Futures Collective.
Millie Mae is a morning person, seizing the day in the ocean followed by the Gym and a dog walk – all before a day’s work!
