Mim is recognised as one Australia’s leading and most awarded Marketers (#1 in Australia’s CMO50 in 2022), known for driving transformation and innovation in teams to deliver strong commercial outcomes. Leading Suncorp Groups’ marketing function and strategic partnerships, she is responsible for setting the overall brand strategy and the end to end marketing program for 10 brands including Suncorp, AAMI, GIO, APIA and Shannons. In 2022, along with being awarded #1 CMO in Australia, her work was awarded 5 Cannes Lions including a Grand Prix for innovation, her team was named marketing team of the year, and her work was also recognised as some of the most effective in Australia with multiple ‘Effie’ wins.
Prior to Suncorp, Mim was a highly awarded agency leader with a proven track record in growing clients business both globally and locally, with vast experience leading some of Australia’s most loved and recognised brands, from large complex and corporate organisations such as Commbank, through to agile, customer led organisations such as Netflix. Much of her success has hinged on her strategic leadership approach, and her ability to manage stakeholders and influence key decision makers in a broad range of organisations.
Under her leadership as M&C Saatchi’s General Manager, in 2017 the agency was named the most innovative company in Australia by the Financial Review. As a result, Mim is recognised as an industry leader for her drive to find new ways to move the industry forward, and is an active speaker and mentor in the industry.
In addition to her Executive Roles, Mim is a Graduate of the AICD (Australian Institute of Company Directors) and is passionate in her contribution to philanthropic efforts and Not for Profits. She currently sits on the Board of Trustees for St Vincent’s Clinic Foundation, is an Advisory Board Member for Wheelchair Rugby Australia, and ADMA (Australian Data Driven Marketing Association), and is a Non Executive Director of the Australian Chamber Orchestra.
