Naomi joined the newly formed Brand and Marketing Strategy unit at Santander 4 years ago with the mission to drive meaningful brand innovation and spark cultural change across the organisation.
She’s spent the last four years successfully demonstrating the power of ‘the long and the short of it’, consulting with teams across the business to achieve unprecedented brand alignment, including working to develop the new Edge brand. Naomi is now at the helm of transforming the understanding of the customer to drive differentiation across product, comms and customer experience; this work won her an award from the CEO and she’s been further distinguished as an emerging leader with the global business.
Passionate about nurturing talent and supporting others, Naomi leads training sessions for colleagues in and beyond marketing, mentors graduates on the business’ grad scheme and volunteers on a network supporting colleagues returning from parental leave.
Prior to her role at Santander, Naomi led global brand development for the FTSE 100 B2B, RS Group, steering the execution of the brand and brand-led marketing across EMEA and APAC markets. She’s also spent time in an agency role, building brands from the ground up for fast-growing SMEs and is passionate about the power of a great brand regardless of business size or sector.
Outside of work she is Mum to a toddler and loves to travel to far-flung places, with New Zealand and India among her favourites.
