Naomi Kasolowsky, Category Director, Tesco PLC

Naomi Kasolowsky is a customer and innovation-focused leader with extensive experience driving strategic change in the retail sector.  She has spent fifteen years at Accenture and dunnhumby specializing in data, analytics, technology, and marketing across retail, banking, and telecommunications, followed by a decade in retail leadership roles at Marks & Spencer and Tesco. Currently serving as a category director for frozen and chilled food at Tesco, Naomi is responsible for successfully delivering transformational growth and market share gains.  Prior to her current role, she spent five years leading the Tesco insight agenda and was fortunate to spend one year in channels managing a London superstore serving 40,000 customers a week alongside 250 brilliant store colleagues.  She brings a unique blend of strategy, commerciality, and operational execution know-how.

She has a reputation for aligning teams behind an ambitious vision and setting pace that delivers speed to value.  She has been recognised as a Retail Week Future Leader and listed in the DataIQ 100, Naomi also contributes to industry development through board memberships and mentoring. She is a member of the MSc Strategic Marketing advisory board for Imperial Business School, the board of the British Frozen Food Federation and the development board for the charity UK Youth.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
