Natalie Malone, Associate Brand Director, Mars Wrigley

Natalie Malone is the Associate Marketing Director of the Seasonal business at Mars Wrigley. She manages a portfolio across the 4 Seasons of Valentine’s Day, Easter, Halloween and Holiday across iconic brands including M&M’S®, SNICKERS®, TWIX®, DOVE®, SKITTLES®, STARBURST®, & LIFESAVERS®. Prior to this role, Natalie worked across Mars Wrigley gum brands including EXTRA® & ORBIT®. Natalie is a leader at her organization and is known for people development, strategic thinking, and exceptional execution. She’s passionate about building brands, category reinvention & value creation.

Throughout her career, Natalie has driven significant growth for multiple brands through a deep understanding of consumers. She’s lead innovation launches, sustainability initiatives & marketing campaigns to continue to evolve beloved brands to remain relevant. She loves to see the joy that our brands bring to people’s lives. Natalie earned her undergraduate degree in Marketing from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business & her Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

With a passion for consumer obsession and a reputation for delivering results, Natalie Malone is a dynamic and versatile business leader who is poised to continue making a significant impact in the industry. Outside of work, to stay active she’s a member of NYC’s The Athletic Clubs, tries out new restaurants and explores new cities!

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
