Nathalie coaches executives and senior leaders and their organizations through significant change. As a former General Manager and Chief Marketing Officer with some of the world’s most respected brands, her 25-year career as a leader and relationship-builder has spanned the US, Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific and industries including entertainment, automotive, fintech, and video games.
In her coaching practice, Nathalie works with people to establish and refine their leadership style to claim their seats at the leadership table. She advises global organizations on growth strategy, branding, sales and marketing strategy, and diversity and inclusion. She leverages her experience as a strategic advisor and coach who believes resilience and courage transforms organizations.
Before coaching, Nathalie ran two TV networks for Sony Pictures; led global marketing for the content business, linear and digital channels at Sony Pictures TV; and oversaw the marketing of over 40 brands for Disney as SVP of Marketing for Disney and ESPN. She also served as CMO for Edmunds (the leading automotive buy-and-sell website), and was GM / CMO for Xsolla, the S3 billion video games and payments processing leader, perhaps best known for PubG and Fortnite.
Nathalie’s certifications include the International Coaching Federation Certified Coach program and membership with The American Association for Access Equity and Diversity. She holds advanced degrees in Executive Leadership Programs from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, Harvard Business School, and the Center for Creative Leadership and received a BA at the New York Institute of Technology.
Nathalie became a coach to help others achieve the success, confidence, and leadership effectiveness required to transform organizations through purpose. Her mission is to help emerging and established leaders identity and seize their authentic purpose to build healthier, more fulfilling workplace cultures anchored in resilience and courage.
