Nathan Ansell, former Marketing Director – Marks and Spencer

Nathan was appointed Marketing Director of the M&S Clothing & Home business in January 2018, where he has the task of revitalising and growing the M&S brand globally.

Previous roles at M&S include Director of Customer Loyalty (responsible for all Loyalty, CRM, Customer Insight, Analytics, and Data Science) and Head of Brand and Marketing for M&S Food where he led a talented team to deliver 36 consecutive quarters of like-for-like growth under the successful “Adventures in…” integrated campaign, which received many accolades.  He has won a number of prestigious awards, including “Data Professional of the Year”.

Nathan previously held a number of FMCG marketing roles growing Brands such as Heinz, Birds Eye and Red Bull.  He holds a first class (hons) degree in Neurological Psychology from UWS.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
