Nichole Provatas, Executive Vice President, International Head of Integrated Marketing – WE Communications

Nichole is an executive marketing leader with 18 years’ experience driving integrated digital marketing programs and delivering high-impact brand campaigns across the United States, Europe, and APAC. She has a deep understanding of marketing strategy targeting business decision makers and consumers, as well as a passion for discovering new ways to execute creative brand campaigns that drive growth.
As Executive Vice President, International Head of Integrated Marketing at WE Communications, she leads a multidisciplinary team of over 100 content planners, strategists, creatives, paid media specialists, digital marketers, producers, and researchers. Overseeing capabilities in Australia, the UK, Singapore, India, China, Germany, and South Africa, she is responsible for evolving the agency’s specialist offerings, driving global IP, and ensuring measurable results for priority clients.
Throughout her career, Nichole has spearheaded global campaigns for some of the world’s most recognised brands, including Adobe, Citibank, GE, PayPal, FSC, Telstra, Disney, GSK, Unilever, NIVEA, Bayer, HP, Target, Microsoft, KPMG, Chobani, Expedia, CVS, Dropbox, and Honeywell. Her expertise spans integrated digital marketing, social strategy, brand and cultural creative campaigns, content production, influencer and community programs, paid media, measurement and analytics, and executive visibility.
Before joining WE Communications, Nichole held in-house marketing roles at Adobe and Tourism Victoria and led teams at Edelman Digital in both New York and Sydney.
Her contributions to the industry have been widely recognised, including winning Mumbrella’s Best Influencer Strategy award for Adobe and a Gold SABRE Award for her work with PayPal. She is a respected industry juror, participating in TikTok Young Lions, Mumbrella Awards and B&T award programs. She has also shared her expertise as a keynote speaker at Mumbrella CommsCon and the inaugural Mumbrella B2B Marketing Summit.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
