A commercially driven senior marketing and sales executive, I bring over two decades of experience building and leading some of the world’s most recognisable consumer and luxury brands. With a proven track record across Marketing, Sales, eCommerce, and General Management, I’ve consistently delivered growth in highly competitive markets by combining strategic clarity with executional excellence. I’m passionate about brand-building, elevating customer experience, and leading high-performing teams with a people-first mindset. Currently Director of Marketing & eCommerce at Weber Barbecues, I lead the regional strategy across digital and retail channels, reporting to the APAC MD and contributing as part of the senior leadership team. Previously, I held senior leadership roles at Bodum and Nespresso, including Country Manager, Head of B2C Sales and Had of Marketing, where I scaled revenue, launched digital platforms and led major product introductions like Nespresso Vertuo and Creatista+. My experience also spans Pacific Brands and L’Oréal, where I established my foundation in marketing. Across my career I’ve championed customer-led thinking, omnichannel growth and team development. As I look to the future, I’m focused on progressing into a CEO or GM role where I can drive enterprise-wide impact and lead transformation at scale.
