Nii Mantse Addy is a results-driven Chief Marketing Officer at Philo, where he established a challenger brand within the highly competitive streaming industry. Since joining Philo in 2017 for its consumer launch, Nii has consistently driven profitable revenue year-over-year and has contributed heavily to business functions beyond traditional marketing including product, data science, and overall corporate strategy. His alignment of business strategies with customer insights helped garner partnerships with T-Mobile, Google, and Best Buy.
Prior to Philo, Nii served as the Global Co-Head of Marketing at a division of Comcast, where he pioneered an international streaming video business, earning an ADDY award and an Emmy nomination for his work. Nii’s professional journey also spans roles in management consulting, where he focused on tech strategy, and investment banking early in his career. His strategic efforts helped shape digital business initiatives for notable clients such as Adobe, eBay, and PayPal.
Beyond operational roles, Nii is a respected thought leader and advisor. He contributes to advisory boards focusing on AI and mobile streaming innovations in Africa, speaks on industry panels, and appears as a media and tech expert on platforms like XM/Sirius Radio. His insights have been featured in publications by Adweek, Future Magazine, and Black Enterprise.
