Nina Holdaway, Managing Director & Reinventor at Accenture

Nina is an international marketer with 30 years’ experience of developing and managing market leading brands.

In addition, she has spent the last two decades building organisational and leadership capability across customer-facing functions, as well as across enterprises. Nina is an MD in the Talent team at Accenture, where she holds the role as EMEA GTM lead for the AI Academy, upskilling leaders + teams in AI & Data.

Prior to her consultancy career, Nina spent over a decade in FMCG Marketing, in local, regional and global roles working for Unilever and KraftHeinz – key focus on Brand Development. Highlights include being part of setting up one of Unilever’s cross-functional Innovation centres from scratch and on another occasion leading the charge on turning the Heinz Tomato Ketchup bottle upside-down!

Nina is Swedish by origin and has a Master’s Degree in Economics & Business Administration from Lund University. She is married with three grown-up children and has a keen interest in interior design. In her spare time she loves travelling and has as a real passion for people, cultures and languages.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
