Prior to becoming a Board-level Leadership Coach, Olwyn spent 20 years in senior sales and marketing management positions in some of the UK’s top organisations, including BT and Energis. Her commercial experience in leading BT’s Winback and Competitive response teams, and running marketing divisions in start-ups and highly acquisitive high tech companies kept her close to the customer as well as to the talented people she led. As a coach, Olwyn has worked with senior executives, directors, high potential individuals and teams at Board level in many major blue-chip companies. Her track record in the number of her clients she has coached who have taken up and successfully maintained Board positions is testimony to the quality and commitment of her work at this level.
