These include: Amazon, Dell/EMC, Microsoft, GSK, eBay, Philips, HSBC, RBS, Allianz, Legal and General, S & P, Oracle, Takeda, AbbVie, Agilent, Maersk, Equinix, Refinitiv, Dow Jones, the NHS, VMware, Atlassian, Suse, Xero, BGL, The Telegraph and Cognizant. She has spent over 12,000 hours coaching clients representing over 50 nationalities, helping them adapt to the needs of their cross-cultural teams.
Before becoming an executive coach, she spent 20 years in senior marketing and sales leadership positions in some of the UK’s leading high tech organisations including BT, Energis (Vodafone) and Kewill. Olwyn was highly successful in leading high-performing teams to achieve significant commercial results.
In 2019 she was presented with the only $Million Coach Award in Europe by Coachsource for her sustained value to clients. In November 2021, Olwyn was part of the coaching team which won the prestigious HSJ Workforce Initiative of the Year award. She along with her colleagues supported those working on the front line during COVID-19 in Primary Care through a highly innovative Looking After You Too coaching programme.
