Oona has worked and lived in Hong Kong, Singapore, Toronto, Sydney, Europe and the USA. She also holds a Non-Executive Directorship. Her background in leading teams in different parts of the world gives her a deep understanding of the challenges of motivating multi-cultural teams during times of success and crisis.
