Sase Aimiuwu is Brand Manager at Carlsberg Britvic, where she manages Fruit Shoot, the UK’s number one kids’ drinks brand, worth over £190m RSV. With over 10 years of experience across CPG, luxury, and B2B marketing, she’s built a career on delivering creative, inclusive, and commercially impactful brand work.
At Carlsberg Britvic, Sase has led some of Fruit Shoot’s most ambitious campaigns, including Fruit Shoot for the Moon, a bold repositioning of the brand, and the launch of Fruit Shoot Squash, expanding into a new category. She has also evolved the brand’s equity to champion inclusion, working with the National Autistic Society to create campaigns that reflect and support neurodiverse communities.
Passionate about building inclusive marketing cultures, Sase designed Carlsberg Britvic’s first ever marketing capability and DEI programme, embedding equity into brand-building from strategy through to execution. She is also a regular speaker at industry events, including The Drum, Co-Op Inclusion Week, and the Business Disability Forum.
Sase plays an active role in shaping the industry beyond her role. She is Chair of the Advisory Council at ISBA, sits on its Executive Committee, and was recently selected as a UK Effies jury member, recognising her expertise in driving marketing effectiveness.
Outside of work, Sase is a travel enthusiast and self-taught mixologist who loves exploring new cultures and creating signature cocktails!
