As an accredited Executive Coach, Ottokar partners with C-level Execs on their own journey of transformational personal and business growth. He brings his deep experience as a leader in challenging situations to his integrative coaching practice.
Ottokar currently serves as CEO of two sided marketplace Rated People leading a rapid business transformation agenda.
He cut his teeth building global consumer brand businesses at P&G including Head & Shoulders and Olay. He then moved into the general management roles for pioneering online brands including: Rated People, eHarmony, Betfair and Hostelworld. He was CEO of the global VC owned Cruise-line Travel Agent Dreamlines during the Pandemic.
He is also a seasoned Early Stage Tech Business Investor and board advisor helping founders raise funds. He’s currently NED to the health business Tonic and a mentor to a number of founder-led startups.
Ottokar is a McKinsey CEO Programme Fellow of the Marketing Academy with an MSC in Intl. Management
In his spare time Ottokar loves to ski, cook and play the piano. He divides his time between London and Vienna.
