Paul is the Psychology Director for LN Consulting, a boutique executive coaching and management consultancy firm based in Melbourne and works with C suite executives from all walks of life in Australia and across the globe. With a passion in wanting to understand what makes people successful and achieve their potential Paul has been a life-long learner with a speciality in organisational psychology, neuro-leadership, sustainability leadership and positive psychology. As such, Paul’s executive coaching programs engage leaders at a both a personal level of self-insight as well at a systemic level – helping them thrive in the present world of socio-economic change, sustainability, and cultural diversity.
Paul’s first book was Live Your Potential, and he has since published several leadership guides including his recently published Hybrid Leadership guide to help leaders adapt to the new ways of work post COVID-19. He is co-producer of the podcast series ‘Leadership on the Run’; a senior associate with the University of Melbourne’s Business School, The Positivity Institute Australia, Wisdom8 Executive Coaching Team for the APAC region, and Axiom USA where he designs and facilitates leadership development and executive coaching programs for corporate and government clients.
His executive clients range from equity partners in global consultancy firms, law firms, to FMCG executives, pharmaceutical and hospital medical directors, science & technology to aviation, defence, police, federal and local government executives.
Paul contributes and gives his time to several environment and social enterprise organisations such as the PEW Charitable Trust, Australian Marine Conservation Society, Australia’s disaster response services, the Smith Family Mentor program; and Psychology for a Safe Climate. Paul is a Fellow of the Association for Coaching, a member of the Australian Psychological Society and the Climate Coaching Alliance.
