Peter is Head of Digital Content Management at Nestlé USA, where he also co-leads the largest in-market in-house content studio across the Nestlé Global footprint.
He is responsible for building engaging content across multiple digital touch points helping marketers across Nestlé USA’s portfolio of brands, to include divisions such as Baking, Beverage, Coffee Partners, Global, Premium Waters, Prepared Foods, Pizza, Snacking, and in-market operating companies to include Canada, Gerber, Health Science/Nutrition, Nespresso, and Purina – to develop best-in-class digital and social media content.
While at Nestlé, he feels honoured to have led the brand communications strategy role across the prepared foods, pizza and snacking divisions with impeccable brand building & strategy, communications planning, and excellence in creative development during a global pandemic – achieving the best sales growth year in Nestlé USA history in 2020.
Before Nestlé, Peter worked at WPP on campaigns for American Heart Association, Amtrak, Bacardi, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Coca-Cola, Colgate, Con Edison, HSBC, Progressive, and United States Marine Corps; and earned a master’s degree in business administration from the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University and a Bachelor of Arts from Marist College School of Communication and Arts.
In addition to being a brand builder, Peter prides himself on being a cultural anthropologist and family man who travels the world often analysing the characteristics of human nature from an emic perspective (from within the social group or cultural tribe); and through the egoistic toddler perspective of my 3-year-old son Noah and innocence of my new-born baby girl Niah.
