Philip Lynch, CEO & MD at Race Oncology and Chair Consumer Health Products Australia

Phil has transitioned from a 33 year at Johnson & Johnson (J&J) Consumer Healthcare to a portfolio career that continues in Consumer healthcare.

His current roles include leading Race Oncology as CEO & MD, a listed Biotech working to commercialise a legacy Drug in Oncology.

He is also Chair of Consumer Health Products Australia, the industry body supporting products which contribute to supporting consumer self care.

Phil was formerly at J&J in Consumer Marketing, Sales and General Management roles in a number of Asia based markets as well as leading the AU/NZ business.

He lives in Sydney with his wife Lorna and three teenage girls, is a passionate advocate for health and well being and is a 5 year participant in Tour de Cure, a

Charity that raises funds for Cancer cure and preventative education.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
