Phil Lynch has over 30 years’ experience working at Johnson & Johnson in Consumer Health care in Asia Pacific markets and as leader of the Australian & New Zealand businesses for a six-year period. In recent years he has been the CEO & later a Non Exec Director of listed ASX Race Oncology, and in 2025 was the Executive Chair of listed Island Pharmaceuticals. Phil is currently the Independent Chair of the Consumer Health Products Australia Board.
