Philippa Moig is the CEO of UnLtd, the social purpose organisation mobilising the media, marketing and creative industries to support young people facing disadvantage. She also leads Mood, UnLtd’s social enterprise, driving sustainable impact through commercial partnerships. UnLtd’s vision is a nation free of inequity, where every child and young person has unlimited opportunity. Its mission to galvanise the collective power of industry to end systemic disadvantage.
She is driven by one core belief, that our industry has extraordinary influence, and that influence should be used for good.
A proud and active 2022 Marketing Academy alum, and TMA RAP Council member, Philippa credits TMA with reshaping her belief in what was possible, to “be relentless in the pursuit of what sets your soul on fire”. A lifelong learner, Philippa believes growth comes from curiosity, courage and community. She continues to seek challenge, surround herself with people who stretch her thinking, and create space for others to rise.
Before stepping into the CEO role, Philippa held senior leadership positions at Google ANZ and across Australia’s leading media agencies. She has been recognised as MediaWeek’s 2025 Impact Champion, B&T’s 2024 Mentor of the Year, and B&T Best of the Best Social Impact Leader 2025.
Mum to two, partner to Ads a proud Wiradjuri man, CrossFit devotee, and coffee enthusiast, she stays grounded in family while remaining ambitious about the change she wants to see; an industry that measures success not only by profit, but by the positive impact it leaves behind.
