Philippa Moig, Group Business Director – PHD

Meet Phil, a 2022 Marketing Academy Scholar and natural born leader. She is renowned for her strategic acumen in business. With a rich history of guiding transformational journeys for industry giants like Google, NSW Govt, Suncorp, and Woolworths, she’s steered teams of up to 70 individuals and collaborated with over 250 client stakeholders. Philippa excels in driving business strategy and growth, while ensuring team and agency health, commercial prowess, media effectiveness, and product excellence.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Philippa is deeply committed to striving toward allyship. As a mother to Archer & Mila and the wife of proud Wiradjuri man Adam, she takes a leadership role in TMA and OMG RAP.  Recognised as a trailblazer in her field, she champions inclusivity and diversity and serves as a pivotal member of MFA’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Advisory Council, where her insights influence industry-wide initiatives for over 4,000 individuals.

Philippa’s commitment to investing in others extends to mentorship, where she plays a foundational role as a mentor for MFA 5+, nurturing the next generation of emerging leaders.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
