Pia is the Managing Director of PHD Sydney, where she leads a 140 strong team to deliver client service and product excellence. She has had a 25 year media career spanning both global and independent agencies. Pia has worked across most major client categories, with a specialty in planning and investment… her media true loves. She is interested in making change in media – the way we do things, the commercial models that drive the industry, the employee experience and the way we hire for diversity of thought and experience.
She is passionate about mentoring people in the industry, fostering best in market relationships all the way up to the c-suite and always pushing to do things differently to drive client and people outcomes. A self-confessed media nerd, a devoted mum and a focused and energetic leader, who wants to leave the industry better than she found it.
