Pooja ParasuRaman is the head of brand strategy and experience at Bazaarvoice, where she leads global brand transformation, thought leadership, content marketing, and external communications.
Her marketing journey spans 15 years across SaaS, education, and tech, covering APAC, EMEA, and the US. As a full-stack marketer, her roles have taken her from running global product pilots to shaping boardroom strategy, from single-market execution to multi-market expansion, and from one-off tactics to building long-term growth engines.
Prior to her current role, she served as chief of staff to the CMO at Bazaarvoice, where she drove brand partnerships, communications, and transformation programs. She also played a key role in the acquisition and integration of creator marketing platform, Affable, where she led marketing through a period of rapid expansion.
Pooja has also held leadership roles at the British Council, high-growth SaaS startups, and early in her career, in advertising agencies.
She is drawn to meaningful work and teams that care. Passionate about mentoring emerging talent, she believes in creating space for quieter voices to thrive.
She’s also a proud mum to a six-year-old aspiring scientist. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active and working on creative projects with her son.
