Rachel is a results-driven and curious marketer with 15+ years of experience across locally and globally recognised brands, including Jeep, Schweppes, and the AFL. Working both agency and client side, she fiercely believes in the power of creativity, in partnership with commercial acumen. Rachel has built her career at the intersection of various disciplines including brand management, communication, media, sponsorship, CRM, digital, and performance marketing.
Currently Senior Marketing Manager at Stellantis, Rachel plays a key role in shaping brand strategy and driving results for automotive icons Jeep, Alfa Romeo, and FIAT. Together with internal teams and agency partners, she has led transformative initiatives such as Jeep’s local re-launch and onboarding the first Marketing Mix Modelling tool for Stellantis. She is currently launching an all-new EV brand into Australia and has recently commenced personal pro-bono work with the Children’s Cancer Foundation.

From driving by her first chocolatey Cadbury billboard and ensuring sufficient effervescence for Schweppes to filming AFL all around the world, this background agency-side ensures she constantly seeks and encourages creative and innovative outcomes.
Rachel’s contributions have been recognized with accolades including a Cannes Lion, the Y&R Rising Star Award and selection for global leadership programs. Passionate about mentoring, she actively supports young professionals both past and present, as well as school alumnae.
Beyond marketing, she is a resilient and forward-thinking leader who believes one can lead well beyond their direct team and is committed to positive change and ensuring others thrive and enjoy the job along the way.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Communication Design from RMIT and outside of work she keeps busy holding down other roles including mum, gardener, dog walker, piano student and French fries connoisseur.
