Rachida Murray, National Head of Performance – Spark Foundry

Rachida is currently the National Head Of Performance for Spark Foundry Australia, a Publicis media agency.
As a Digital and Technology fanatic, Rachida is passionate about evolving Digital media consumer behaviours and helping brands navigate this challenging landscape, leveraging her passion for data and creative thinking.

In her role Rachida overseas key digital functions across Digital Operations, Programmatic, Search, and Social as well as emerging Digital channels, which represent a collective team of 28 specialists nationally. As a member of the national leadership team Rachida is also responsible for setting the long term business vision and direction.

Originally from France, Rachida starter her career client side working for formidable brands such as Nestlé and Kraft; passionate about digital she made the move agency side 10 years ago to specialise and hone in her skills.
Since then Rachida has worked in a number of agencies in UK and Australia looking after brands such as Tesco, Next, Commonwealth Bank, TAL, Menulog, Tourism New Zealand and NRMA to name a few. Passionate about data, ad tech and digital media Rachida takes every opportunity to share her knowledge and passion about her world, involved in the Media Federation of Australia’s 5+ program as a committee member at first and more recently as a mentor.

Rachida is a polyglot who loves to travel, practice the languages she knows and pick up new ones. When not at work she loves to read and share her love of languages with her young child.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
