Rahul Welde has gone plural and is now managing a wide portfolio with clients in the UK, USA, Singapore, and India.
Rahul is presently a Non Executive Director at Entain Plc (a FTSE 100 company) and a global leader in Sports betting, Gaming and Interactive entertainment and a Non-Executive Director at Parentinc Pte Ltd, Singapore (Content-Commerce platform in Southeast Asia). Rahul is also an Advisor to corporations, Tech led Scaleups/Startups, Consulting, and Digital/technology companies, including some in Fortune 100 and Big tech.
In his executive career, Rahul was with Unilever for nearly 31 years (1991-2022). His last role was leading Digital Transformation and Digital Business globally. Through his executive career, Rahul has worked in a variety of roles across countries, categories, brands, and functions, thus building a diverse and well-rounded perspective. Previously, Rahul was the Regional VP Media for Asia-Pacific at Unilever and spent a considerable time of 10 years in Singapore. A versatile and experienced senior business leader, he has built expertise in digital transformation.
Rahul takes a keen and active role in talent development, especially the youth. He is Chair of Migrant Leaders, a UK charity and is involved in several projects related to integration of minorities. From time to time, Rahul has been invited by companies and institutions to address them, notably at Harvard Business School, London Business School and even the Digital Transformation workshop of the US Air Force.
Rahul characterises himself as a life-long student, continuously learning, regenerating, and reimagining. In his latest avatar, he is bringing his expertise in Business and Digital Transformation to the benefit of a wider range of companies.
