Rebecca Chan, Senior Marketing Manager and Global Brand Lead, Chocolate Portfolio – The Arnott's Group

Rebecca is an accomplished marketing leader and currently leads the Chocolate portfolio at The Arnott’s Group including one of Australia’s most iconic brands, Tim Tam. In her current role, she leads a cross-functional team to deliver commercially driven business outcomes with ownership across profit&loss, strategic planning, communications and expansion opportunities.
Rebecca’s approach has catalysed four consecutive years of double-digit growth for Tim Tam, capturing increased market share, attracting new consumers, and pioneering unique product occasions for the over 60-year-old brand—most notably, a Tim Tam perfume, Gluten Free Tim Tam and premium Deluxe range. Her efforts have significantly improved return on investment, earning her internal recognition as an emerging leader within The Arnott’s Group. More recently, her passion and commitment to growing brands and delivering results saw her expand Australia’s favourite chocolate biscuit Tim Tam into the UK with a launch at Wimbledon and lead Tim Tam Jatz to win Cole’s Product Launch of the Year.
Prior to The Arnott’s Group, Rebecca spent seven years at leading multinational companies, including Ferrero and Procter & Gamble’s fragrance division at McPherson’s. In these roles, she elevated brand relevance and consumer engagement for household names such as Tic Tac, Nutella, Gucci and Dolce&Gabbana.
Rebecca’s leadership style is characterised by her ability to inspire and cultivate passion within her teams, aiming not just for results but equally weighting how those results are achieved. She is deeply committed to mentorship and advocacy and believes in lifting others around her as she rises.
Weekends are filled with many cuddles and rediscovery of the world through the eyes of her niece (eager babysitter), catching up with friends and family over long walks and food, lots of food.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
