Reuben has held senior leadership roles in marketing, product and customer experience over the last 20 years. As Chief Customer Officer at Haven, the UK’s leading Holiday Park operator, he oversees all aspects of brand and marketing, as well as customer proposition and investment strategy.
Previously at Starbucks, he was responsible for brand & product strategy for 40+ markets across the EMEA region. He also oversaw commercial category performance, as well as the business’ digital innovation.
Prior to joining Starbucks, Reuben was CMO for Virgin Atlantic, accountable for the airline’s end-to-end customer experience and all aspects of brand development and marketing communications.
Previously Reuben was at Eurostar where he was responsible for customer experience and loyalty. He also held roles that led the company through significant periods of change, including the introduction of a new range of travel classes and headed up the design process for Eurostar’s fleet renewal programme. He also led the design and build project for Eurostar’s flagship terminal at St Pancras International.
Reuben has held a number of advisory and NED roles, including the Board of the Accademia Teatro Alla Scala Milano.
