Through its targeted community research platform, DSC connects organisations with diverse professionals and consumers worldwide, delivering real-time insight and rigorous cultural testing that strengthens both creative work and commercial outcomes.

Under Rich’s leadership, DSC has supported campaigns for more than 147 brands and 69 agencies, reviewing hundreds of high-profile adverts for clients including Amazon, Tesco, McDonald’s, KFC, Virgin Atlantic and the National Trust. His work has contributed to award-winning campaigns and helped organisations rethink marketing strategies to better connect with modern audiences. In 2025 and 2023, campaigns supported by DSC won the Channel 4 Diversity in Advertising Award, further recognising the company’s impact on industry standards.

Rich began his career as a creative and progressed to Creative Director before founding DSC, giving him a rare combination of deep creative expertise and cultural insight. A regular industry speaker and advisor to leading organisations, he is passionate about marketing’s power to shape culture and is driven to help brands communicate in ways that reflect real lives, build trust and drive meaningful societal change.
