Richard is a former growth hacking agency COO and senior marketer at companies including Telefónica and Sony PlayStation. During the last 20 years he’s worked in small, medium and large companies, startups and corporates, agency and client side, marketed and launched products too numerous to mention and lived and worked in the UK, Australia, Spain and South America.
At the end of 2018, Richard founded a coaching, mentoring and leadership consultancy with a focus on wellbeing and corporate performance. His main services are coaching for leaders, coaching for growing teams, personal brand and vision, and career transition coaching. As well as a variety of private clients at some of the world’s largest companies, Richard works in the education sector as a coach and visiting lecturer at Warwick Business School, and as a Wellbeing and Development Coach at the Fashion Retail Academy. Richard is currently writing a book about being a modern leader and how to get the manager you want. Richard is also a trained mental health first aider.
