Richard Robinson, Executive Director, Ingenuity+

Richard Robinson is currently the Executive Director for Ingenuity+. Prior to this he was the Managing Director of The Future Factory (part of The Ingenuity Group) specialising in leading change & making good things happen for brands, agencies and talented folk. 

Richard is an expert in accelerating marketing performance across client/agency partnerships and was named one of the ten most influential leaders in digital & tech by BIMA. 

Richard has worked internationally with The Coca-Cola Company, domestically with McDonald’s Restaurants where he headed Marketing, and before his current role was one of the four equity owners of Oystercatchers who successfully sold the company to Centaur Media PLC in 2016. In addition to working in brand marketing Richard led the P&G business in EMEA for Publicis Worldwide for several years while leading Publicis Groupe’s expansion across the continent of Africa.

Richard is a multi-award winning diversity advocate and regular mentor for The Marketing Academy, winning an award from the 2023 Scholarship cohort as one of the “Favourite Mentors”. He is a regular public speaker and writer in both the trade and mainstream press & when time allows a remarkably slow marathon runner and cold water swimmer.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
