Richelle Barker, Marketing Director, Electrolux UK & Ireland

Recently appointed Director, Marketing at Electrolux Home Products, Richelle’s current role is focused on driving the development and execution of an integrated Marketing Strategy across 11 brands and associated home appliance categories across Australia and New Zealand.  Richelle also forms part of the Executive Team responsible for leading the Electrolux ANZ business, while also being part of the Regional Marketing Leadership Team.

Previous to this Director role, as Senior Marketing Manager at Electrolux until October 2018, Richelle was leading the Brand, Digital, Customer Marketing and Brand Design teams to successfully manage a portfolio of brands and campaigns including Electrolux, Westinghouse, AEG, Chef, Simpson, Kelvinator, Dishlex, Beefeater, Vintec and Transtherm.

Richelle held a number of Marketing roles within Electrolux since 2006 such as Brand and Trade Marketing Manager, where she was leading brand and trade marketing teams at Electrolux to execute brand plans and creative execution, managing digital strategy and in-store execution. Other roles within her career at Electrolux include Brand Marketing Manager, Brand Manager and Assistant Brand Manager.

Previous to Electrolux, Richelle held a Junior Product Manager role at Pacific Brands, working on Product Management, category analysis and seasonal launches for Berlei Brand and began her career at Clorox in 2002 as Marketing Assistant for Glad Wraps and Bags, managing a small portfolio of brands and products within the business for 3 years.

All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
