Rishi currently works as the Director of Wholesale Digital Activation at adidas, leading a team of multi-disciplinary digital marketers responsible for brand and product marketing with key wholesale partners like Amazon, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and Foot Locker. In this role, he focuses on building distinctive marketing programs and enhancing digital capabilities with these partners, in order to drive brand and product consideration, and accelerate digital sales.
Prior to this role, Rishi spent 12 years in a multitude of marketing roles with the global sportswear brand, rooted within omnichannel marketing, brand communications, and digital marketing; his work spanning from adidas’ global HQ in Germany, to Melbourne, Australia, to Portland, Oregon.
Rishi is a passionate and driven marketer, focused on consumer-centric, data-driven decision making, but his biggest priority has been leading and elevating the teams with whom he works every day. As a leader, he believes that his impact is not tied to his individual output, but rather that of the collective team around him, so he focuses on building a positive, pragmatic, and inclusive team culture.
Rishi holds degrees from The University of Michigan (Go Blue!) and The University of Oregon (Go Ducks!), and currently lives in Portland, Oregon with his wife Libby, and two daughters, Kaya (5) and Malia (3). In his minimal spare time, he loves chasing new adventures in the Pacific Northwest with his family and friends, playing beer league ice hockey, and consuming more sports and pop-culture content than he probably needs to.
