Rob Blythe is a senior marketing leader with almost 25 years of experience spanning global, regional, and market roles across the consumer goods industry. As Chief Marketing Officer for PepsiCo Beverages Europe, he leads a multibillion-dollar portfolio across more than fifty markets, shaping brand strategy, innovation, and media investment for some of the world’s most iconic beverage brands. Known for combining strategic clarity with creative ambition, Rob has built and led high-performing teams that deliver sustained growth and breakthrough marketing.

Earlier in his career, he held a series of commercial and brand leadership roles across Foods, Beer and Sports Nutrition categories, developing deep expertise in brand building, innovation, and business transformation. He is passionate about developing talent, unlocking the power of marketing as a growth engine, and connecting brands to culture in ways that drive long-term business impact.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.
