Rob is the Brand Director for Nike Pacific, having been with the company for the past six and a half years. During his time at Nike Rob led the creation and execution of multiple innovation and brand experience projects, as well as being the strategic lead that has set up the brand for future success within the ANZ marketplace, specifically within the running category.
With over twelve years brand marketing experience, working with some of the worlds most recognisable brands (Nike, Cadbury, Carlton Dry, CUB, World Surf League), Rob has developed an insatiable curiosity for leadership development. Strongly believing that the best ideas come from a place where everyone can contribute and feel encouraged to do so. He also thrives diving into long-term strategic planning connected to brand purpose, consumer insight and positive commercial results.
Previous to his time at Nike, Rob was the Brand Manager for Carlton Dry at Carlton & United Breweries. During his tenure the Carlton Dry brand accelerated to become the fastest growing beer in the country. Tapping into music and action lifestyle culture to connect with its audience. Rob started his professional career as a marketing graduate at Cadbury Schweppes. From driving around in a purple wagon selling chocolate to re-launching The Pascall confectionary brand across ANZ, his time there provided a strong foundation to launch his passion for brand marketing.
Beyond work, you will find a sports obsessed dad trying to convince his son Freddie to kick, hit or throw a ball. Often venturing down the Victorian Surf Coast to relax and find some much needed balance with wife Georgie and their other child Chips the groodle.
Rob holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Marketing and Economics from Monash University.
