Rob is a strategist that likes great work and work that does great things. He’s led global and local strategy for a number of category leading brands across the UK, US and Australia. Right now, he’s the Chief Strategy Officer at OMD Australia – charged with bringing “”We Create What’s Next”” to life by driving critical thinking, creativity and innovation across the agency.
He’s worked with some of the world’s leading brands across an array of categories over the years. With these brands, he’s been known to to do some incredible work, taking home over 50 awards with clients or as an agency, including Agency of the Year, Adweek Media Plan of the Year Grand Prix, Grand Effie and Global Communications Strategy of the Year.
As a neurodivergent leader, he takes pride in building cultures that create an inclusive work environment, champion excellence and help people to grow in whatever way matters to them.
