Rob began his career at Unilever before moving to the US where he was a Fulbright scholar on Stanford’s MBA programme. After a brief time with Nike in Portland, he joined McKinsey, working in both their Sydney and London offices.
After McKinsey he spent 10 years in retail, working for the iconic British brands of John Lewis and M&S, participating in the digital transformation of both businesses.
On leaving M&S Rob consulted for Samsung Europe before moving into the world of VC as CMO of BeautyPie. Having seen BeautyPie from Series A to Series B, Rob worked as CMO of Asda before joining Loop, the fastest growing scale-up in Europe that you’ve likely never heard of.
In his spare time Rob is a Trustee of the homeless charity Crisis, father of 3, and advisor to a number of smaller scale start-ups.
