Ronnie Beltran is the SVP of Communications Strategy at Havas Media Network, where he’s the go-to guy for Experience Planning for Sanofi, Havas Media’s biggest client. Since joining in 2021, Ronnie’s been leading Inter-Agency Teams (IATs), helping craft integrated campaigns across creative, PR, and shopper agencies. He has been part of projects that have snagged industry awards like the US Effie Awards for Brand Growth and the M&M Global Awards for Strategy.
Before Havas, Ronnie was with WPP, holding several key roles. As Senior Partner at Wavemaker Global, he managed Communications Strategy for top clients like Church & Dwight. At Red Fuse, WPP’s integrated agency for Colgate-Palmolive, he was the Head of Strategy for Colgate, the world’s most widely purchased brand. His efforts earned him recognition from the Effie Awards for Campaign Effectiveness, the Sabre Awards for PR, the New York Festival Advertising Awards for Branded Content, and the Cresta Awards for Film Craft.
While Ronnie’s agency game is strong, he started out his career on client side in brand marketing. As Global Marketing Director at Avon, he handled a $1.4 billion business, orchestrating global product marketing and strategy. His leadership in the Hair Care category earned him the prestigious Edison Innovation Award. As Regional Marketing Director for Unilever, he managed several half billion dollar regional business, living in regional hubs in Prague for Bangkok for several years at a time, working with brands like Dove, Axe, and Clear.
When he’s not working, Ronnie immerses himself in a host of diverse interests. He’s a certified instructor in both Vinyasa Yoga and Acro Yoga, and also a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner.
